Thai Yoga Massage

This full body massage blends Thai Yoga Massage techniques along with Yoga poses and stretches. Your therapist will guide you into Yoga poses and apply pressure to points along the body using their hands, thimbs, forearms, elbows, knees and feet.  It can be remarkably effective in relaxing muscles and limbering joints. Loose fitting clothes worn by the client are a must to allow for stretches.
