Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Treatment times and services are reserved especially for you. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required if you must cancel a single service appointment and 48 hours for multiple service bookings.

Without proper notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the services booked will be charged. In the case of a gift certificate/gift card, the value of the services will be deducted from the certificate. Making a reservation acknowledges acceptance of this policy. Appointment "no shows" will be billed at 100% of the service value.

We strongly recommend booking several weeks in advance. Six weeks in advance for evening and Saturday appointments. A credit card number may be required for bookings.

Spa Etiquette

Please arrive15 minutes before your scheduled service to allow plenty of time
to check in. Arriving late will lessen precious minutes of your spa service.
Remember your service will end on time so the next client isn't delayed, regardless of how late you start.

The spa environment is one of tranquility
and relaxation; kindly respect our other guests' right to privacy and quiet.
Cascades is a smoke free environment and a Cellular Free Zone.

We request that young children be left at home to ensure that all of our guests can enjoy a tranquil spa experience.

We recommend leaving your valuables at home as we will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

If you choose to bring your valuables with you, we can provide you with a locker and key or you may carry them with you. We cannot be responsible for any of your personal belongings. We recommend leaving all valuables at home.

Locker Room Amenities

All packages and services over $55 include the use of our Locker Room. Amenities include the use of our Riverside Hot Tubs (Female Guests only), steam showers, bathrobe, sandals, towel, as well as personal care and grooming items. If you plan to take advantage of these amenities prior to your appointments, please check in 45 minutes before your scheduled start time.

Gratuities

Gratuities are always appreciated by professional staff as recognition for
outstanding service. Gratuities usually range from 15-20% of the pre-tax service price.

Spa Cuisine

Add a Spa Lunch to any service(s) or package for $20+. To ensure availability, we ask that you order your Spa Lunch when you book your appointments.

Payment

We accept MasterCard, VISA, Debit and Cash. We also accept Cascades Day Spa, SpaFinder and WaySpa gift cards.

Parking

Parking is available in the gravel lot across the street on Fish Hatchery Lane or at All Saints Anglican Church across the street.

We cannot be responsible for any theft or damage to vehicles. Please park at your own risk.

Gift Certificates

Dollar value gift certificates do not expire. Prices on specific service gift certificates are guaranteed for twelve months after which they revert to original dollar value. We are unable to replace lost or stolen Gift Certificates.Gift Certificates are non-refundable; however they are transferable.
